Delivery Time
After your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 business days.

Order Shipment
Products will be shipped from Hong Kong or a logistics center designated by GlowSeason.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email if available.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We may not be able to change the delivery address after your order has been shipped.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs for reshipment may apply.
